What on earth have I got?

2 years, no issues, had the odd hiccup but got over them and now out the blue... this situation...

Fungus of a mushroom type that is brown in colour with a yellowish stem, glows orange and yellow under LED grow lights.

All examples of "Fungus Gnat" do not match what I have. These are definitely mushrooms and I have no idea what they are.

I'd upload an image but your upload system is not accepting my upload, so I can't provide anything other than that as a description.

I checked with a friend for any possible cross contamination, he says he is perfectly fine, no evidence of any fungal growths.

Only possible route is the time I had my windows open and it picked up with wind. Wondering if they came from the wild.
