    Thumbs up C E's 2016 Outdoor

I can finally relax a bit now that I got most of my plants in the ground and in there spots. I got a late start this year but everything seems to be doing alright. Slugs are so bad that I've probably lost 30 plants already! Good thing I planted a lot this year, going to be doing a lot of pheno hunting from the strains I made last year..

CE they are all looking happy and healthy. If you eat eggs at home keep the egg shells and break them down into fingernail sized bits nice sharp edges sprinkle at the bottom of your outdoor girls this will help keep the slugs at bay.

Thx for the advise! I looked at different ways to kill them online and yeah that was one of the tricks! Ive bin using beer as well and Ive had a few cans of slugs lately. I poured some salt around the plants and must have gotten some on the leafs so quite a few died. I always plant more then I need just encase!

Beer drinking slugs, sounds like a band name to me lol. If they are kept close to you (not in the wild) you don't have to worry about deer eating the salt then your plants to wash down the salt, be careful of salt in the wild. Most guerrilla growers piss around their plants to keep the deer at bay. Plant 30 to get 5 IMHO that was from years of disappointment caring for 5 or 10 and having them ripped or eaten before getting to harvest. Now I go 6:1 hey they're clones right easy to produce. Overgrow the government, overgrow the world.

    Cool

Ya surprising enough the beer actually works and I don;t mind wasting it as I don't drink..lol...The deer don't bother my plants as I have fences around most of them and I collect the hair off the dogs and put it around the fences. I took a few pics of some of the damaged plants and as you can see the insects eat good and I even sprayed them with insecticidal soap. Wood bugs and slugs is what I've noticed so far and I had like 15 tomatoe plants and today all gone! My other bigger spot doesn't have no damage from bugs at all and growing great!

    Cool

Haven't posted much lately as I've bin busy with projects! The weather here was pretty ugly for a few weeks lots of rain. The sun has finally came back and its bin in the 30s here so lots of watering. Everything seems to be doing good and lots of nice smells coming out of my patch! I had to move some of my potted plants to this spot as the slugs were just to much in the dense garden.

Everything seems to be doing good. I've bin topping the plants and there still growing strong but i'm just going to leave them alone now as there's like 3 more weeks of veg here. They sure are thirsty girls going threw about 60 gallons of water every 3 days. Its hard to get a good picture with all of the plants as their planted in a u shape.

Man has it ever bin hot here!! It's bin 30+degrees for a week straight and that means watering everyday which is a lot of work but will be worth it in the end! I found a couple more males so they got the chop! The last 2 pics are of the plants that are in the garden ,the ones the slugs did damage too.
