how could you keep a thick mil trash bag ( contractor bag ) in the bottom of a barrel / trash can?
Thinking here it could eliminate the scrubbing by just replacing them?

Pump will be used to flood from it so wonderin how to keep the bag from sucking towards the bag?
Thinking this could be helpful for light penetration as well.
Or is a waste of time?
