    Default back on this grow

At last, all conversions are over
Put in the double cooltube with 2x 600w and the single with 1x 1000w.
Other end after the photo's is finished.
All ballasts are in place and working.
I'll post some more images tomorrow.

I'm in flower as of tonight, so pleased to get to this stage.

The doubling of the flower room size was a lot bigger of a job than I thought.

A look at what I've left in my hydro units.
I lost a few when I was seperating them in the pots as I had 2 per pot until I got the new flower room built and running.
The spaces will be fine and will allow the plants to fill out a bit.
Just watch the Kaliman's Marley's Cheese 2 weeks from now.
They will be about 2 feet tall and loaded with bud sites.
As will all the others too(well 3-4 feet tall)

I know I said i was going to do 4 units in flower but it will have to wait till the next flower now.

Thanks Skunk-mad, was a bigger job than i thought because i had to keep these all in veg through-out which took some doing.
I was in very tight spaces trying to hook-up all the venting.

Finished the veg and drying room also so almost able to sit back.

    Hi Swiss Miss

Looking good mate but I'd advise some kind of support as the Cheese#1 especially is not strong limbed and come full flower the side branches hang down and is a pain to sort if not addressed in early flower.

I've got a Canadian friend who is doing an 18 plant Cheese#1 medical grow and he'll be installing netting this weekend so I'll see if I can get some pics for you as he's not on any forum but emails me his progress.

As regards the hps colour cast, you could try doing pics just as the lamps come on, as during warm up, with magnetic ballasts anyway, you've got a few minutes to take pics that will look kinda correctly balanced.

Sorry, I missed that last bunch of pics, doh!

The original shot under HPS and the end product after I apply colour correction in Photoshop.

This is second day in flower.

Rockster, I hear you about the nets and weak stems, branches, but I use severe wind to make the plants have stems/branches like iron bars.
I've got a 25 mph wind blowing which will strenghten the stems and thicken them in days. I'll increase the wind and fans again in another few days.
This causes the plants to produce thicker stems/branches to compensate.
I always do this in all my grows as in I have a gale-force wind blowing in the tent most of the time.
It also makes any flying insects give up trying to get near the leaves.
Watch after a week and you will see they are twice the thickness they are now.

I'm growing so many plants in a tight space also and they actually hold each other up very well.

    Default on queue

I have at last finished everything

Now the count-down to some nice bud porn.

Took me a couple of days to sort out temp's but got it in the end.
I'm down at 25-27 degrees in full lights on, 22 degree's lights off.

I've also added a humidifier which also allowed a drop of almost 2 degree's

I've packed up the air-con unit as it is soooo costly on electric.

    Dialled in!

Well I know stems are strengthened by a good wind blowing for sure but lets hope it's enough Swiss miss as they are quite lanky, thin stemmed and heavy budded and the lower limbs stick out almost horizontally but here's hoping?

At last I can start doing some lovely buds.
I've got the veg room now fully running and am able to pop seeds and find the females.
From this I can get a couple of good mothers from each strain as I choose.
Also it will help in my aero units as every female will be a uniform size and yield so easier to control.
I'm looking for the mother of all mothers as in I want ones that produce massive cola's.

So is Kaliman's Cheese#1 a stablized clone only UK Cheese? I get some UK Cheese every now and again and it has got to be one of my favorites as far as taste and the headyness as I don't prefer the couchlock type as much like Chemdog and so forth. Love to see how it turns out for you and good luck with a great strain.

Cheese#1 is the result of 2 years of breeding with the original 1989 UK Exodus Cheese clone in which, due to a spontaneous sexual reversal of a female Cheese clone, a very lucky thing on our part and which was utilised in our breeding program and has produced, we are very pleased to say a true representation of the original clone in seed form. Our Cheese#1 is the first Cheese strain in the world that does totally what it says on the tin, namely our Cheese when smoked is indistinguishable in taste and high from the original mother.
    Taken from Kalimans site
It'll take a bit for the strain to get about as it's so new, but at last we have the original cheese in a better form yield wise and now in seed form.

    hope this helps

This is my second grow with Rockster, Kaliman on the cheese's.
