    Default Trimpro trimmers

I can't express how honored I am to have won a trimpro trimmer at The Treating Yourself Expo 2011! I love it! I never really knew if I would like it or not! Once I got my trimmer I had a plant that was ready to trim so I used the trimmer. I had just trimmed a plant about one week before trimming this one with the trimmer! Well guess what you could not tell the difference from either plant which one that has been trimmed by hand or with my new trimmer! Also this trimmer will be used by many here as we are slowly starting up a coop here! So, A BIG THANK-YOU goes out to Trimpro for such an awesome prize! and how lucky am I to have won!

    Nice prize congrats.

Any pics of the unit? Is it a real big one or a smaller version?

My hands would love a unit like that. I love to trim but my hands do not.

That contest was held at the TY Expo this year and it was sponsored by TY and Trim Pro. I'm not sure if there will be any online contests for trimmers.

    Default Good For You

I don't know which one you one but the best part of these damn things are is scraping the resin off the grates after it sits for a day or 2 after trim day. I use one of those big ass plastic pizza trays and put it under the grates and the use a straight edge razor to scrap off the one things most folks NEVER get a chance to try. Other than the glove hash afterwards this is by far and large my favorite part of Trim Day. Well other than the speed TRIMMING SUCKS

    Enjoy

also they dont say this but you should rub a little olive oil on grate and in sde the trimpro helps stop buds sticking and aslo helps when you have to clean the machine.

you can clean with a solvent, some parts isopolyn 99% or a rubbing acho.

then maybe wipe down with some terps do get rid of the weed smell,, then you can return you machine to storage, until the next time.

i wish they said this oon the next or somebody told be,,,,,.

so i had to learn the hard way.

little update, if your weed is for you then dont use a trim pro, to trim,, just do it buy hand ,,,, you really only use this machine when you have a lot of work to do.

they will not tell you that,,, the trimpro doe a very good job at triming but it doe small the shit out of the buds. so there is a loss

    i am telling the truth,

As already said don't use these machines for stuff you're smoking if you can avoid it. They do tear up the buds, and you lose a lot of resin from them (can recover a lot of it, but I'd rather it stays on the buds). Instead of using oils on the machine spray your plants with water right before you start trimming them to help keep the resin from sticking. Oh... and keep your fingers and stuff out cause I've seen some nasty injuries in the past.

Hmm, I wonder if maybe this is what happens to all of Canada's export hydroponic bud.

I always assumed it was pre-skuffed for hash because it's virtually impossible to find a gland head but I imagine a trimmer might have a similar effect.

It also (use to) be cropped early to maintain light green colours and save time, never flushed. They invented a term for it, "beasters" - crappy BC bud that filled the states a few years back. Canadian Crap or Mexican crap was the commercial choice for a while. Our junk was selling for 2-2.5x what good stuff sold up here (retail and wholesale), no need to put time and effort into it, no gain.

But hell the trimmers after crops like that, all the trimmer has you could want.

The hash from a trimpro is great (have some right now actually), but I'd rather not strip it off the buds unless I wanted to make hash... and if I wanted to make hash I wouldn't use a trimpro.
