I'm not in the armed forces but saw this was your first post so just wanted to welcome you to Treating Yourself.![]()
May I ask which part of the forces you are in, infantry or other specialist group?
I've watched quite a few vids on Afghanistan and Iraq and seen the Canadian boys in action many times.
Here's a vid of your guys in a bit of a 'gangfuck' when they got ambushed but were soon rocking and rolling bigtime!

And here's a good clip on a helmet cam of a contact that gets up close and personal with Brit infantry, the guy with the cam comes over as a very salty trooper, he can't get on the net to call in support but is he bovvered? lol!

I never had the distinction of serving anywhere but I was in the CF for a short time, best paid vacation ever, lol, hello and welcome
Thanks to google and youtube I managed to fabricate all the above words together to sound like Im growing, but Im not, never have, and even with a MMAR card I never will, so there! P.S. I loves my prozac and ridalin, om nom nom, moar plz....

they gave us the artillery as brothers,cause none of the other arms could drink or fight as hard as us...

Good day all. Twenty years CAF myself. Did seven years as a marine engineer then changed trades cause I was tired of spending 9 months a year at sea. After the MOC change I ended up doing six deployments includinding Somalia, Yugo, Rwanda and Haiti. A big BZ to all you other vets.
