Excellant shots, terrific quality. I too like to take wildlife shots and know how
difficult it can be to capture these photos. I do not profess to be able to come close
to being as good as you., but I enjoy the hobby.

Whew..2008--really--been a long time in between posts huh? Well then....it is time for an update to this thread neglected by me, I'm sorry for the delay. I captured a few new pix this summer in the grow but only a few. My flocks were not as prevelant this year and my health has not allowed me to be as active as in my past. Here are hummers inspecting a cola of Bohempians Double Moonshine I grew. I'll try and keep this thread alive at least twice a year..lol. Peace and be well..DD

I'm sorry, you've probably had these questions a thousand times

Do they seem particularly attracted to any type of strain?

Do they go for the trichomes or something else?

If the trichs then do they ever get themselves sticky?

Shad you too, thanks for posting, I've tried to be upfront as much as possible on every site I visit about them. I've posted this at my site:

One myth that accompanies my hummingbird images when others post or share them is that the hummingbirds are “feasting on cannabis”..they are not. I will not reveal just how my cameras are set up or the technique or lenses used, but I feel safe in saying the birds do not ingest cannabis. I know that takes some of the fun or feel good out of my images for some of you, I’m sorry. In my many many years of doing this, I have very rarely seen them ever come in contact with the plant, although the lenses I used and camera angles make it appear as they are.

I hope that explains it for everyone. I have some new images I am capturing right now. These with a pregnant Tom Hill Deep Chunk girl..enjoy..DD
