Does anyone have suggestions on how to replace the bags this way for the Easy Valve system? Everything I've heard seems to be for the old solid valve bags. I can't seem to figure out how to remove the existing bags, no less install new ones.

I'd obviously rather just swap out the bag material rather than pay $80 (though I'd love to hear if anyone knows of a better price for the Easy Valve 6X replacement bag kit!) for the replacement kit!

$60 USD with free shipping is definitely an improvement, but still awfully high for such simple pieces of plastic IMHO.

I'll go for it if I don't think I can manage to replace these Easy Valve bags properly.

It most definitely does! Thank you very much! Absolutely great guide to doing the deed. I bought a new set of six bags just to be 100% sure that I don't have any interruptions in my ability to use the volcano....right now I only have one bag (which is full of holes) where I can get at it, because so much of what we own is currently packed away in boxes at someone else's place....but I intend to do this for myself in the future with the valve-mouthpieces that we will have.

    Default Canadian Volcano bags

Roy, Solarstorm The Look bags are way to small. I ended up chasing them all over the house because they blow up like a small balloon and you can't pick them up!!! I buy my bags mail order from Vaporizers.ca The # is 1-866-35-vapor, 5929L Jeanne D'Arc Blvd. Ottawa. K1C 7K2. The 3 boxes I ordered in 2007 cost $39.03 So that's about $13.33 a box.
    Hope that helps.

My latest batch of OEM bags have become leaky over time and I just hate seeing all that fresh vapor shooting out of wrinkles near the top of the bag as it fills, being wasted in the open air instead of in my lungs....
Saeon Do not fill your bags all the way. I wrote an article about the Volcano about 2 years ago which was published inTY which answers all the question you have. Duct tape the edges where the bag folds, plus the part that attaches to the easy flow mouth piece. That's where the bag fails first. Don't use magic mending tape as it tears when you refill the bag.
Hope that helps. I use elastic shock cord for your tent poles. They sell it by the foot at outdoor stores like Novacks in London. I'm sure pant elastic would work also.
    Have a good day.

    Thumbs up Thanks Yogastretch

Thanks for the info on your source for bags "Yogastretch".

However, the bags you purchased must have been a different size than the ones I use as my bags are very large ( I think you can put a 20 pound turkey in them).

Also, you mentioned your source sells by the box. How many are in a box?

Well, thanks again and it's nice to see that folks are still trying to help me out even though my first post was from 2008.

    That's great and thanks again.

I bought the easy valve set. Then when they wore out I would just buy the original bags. I make them anywhere from 3 feet to 6 feet long. I just attach the easy flow mouth piece to the bag. Secure the bag with an O ring or elastic shock cord.

    Default Volcao Bag Size

Roy I realized while lying in bed last night that I missed the mark on the post. LOL The size you were refering to was the length of the bags in the box. The Volcano roll of bags is 9.8 feet long. So whatever size you use just divide the number of bags with the number of inches so as to not waste any of the bags.
