    Default Bubblebag Report....

    Hey all,
I was the lucky winner of a Bubblebag set and have had to wait all this time to get enough trim put together from my friends grows to have enough to make a batch. I don't know why, but I had thought they were for a 5 gallon bucket, but they are the 1 gallon size. I have to say that I was very impressed with the ease of use and how basically with "trash" trim, I was able to get some great results with just old trim from topping their plants, trimming them up, and it certainly wasn't anything that had any visible "sugar" on it.
I did 2 runs with it and came out with more on the second run than I did with the first, but again, I was pleasantly pleased with the results and outcome. I got (I'm guessing) about 7 grams or so from junk trim and wowser....stuff that normally would have gone into the trash made some wonderful product.
Thanks so very much to Bubblebags, TY, Marco, and (I forget who was judging then) but these are something that I'd highly reccommend to someone who is interested in making hash. I appologize that it took so long to post a review, but like I said, I had to wait for enough trim to collect in my freezer so that I could put them to work. The wait was worth it! Thanks again everyone and thanks to Bubblebags for being a sponsor! If because of the contests not running any longer that any mod or admin thinks this isn't an appropriate post, please just delete it.....no offense will be taken, I promise...lol.

    Hi BP,
These are the ones with the mesh silk screens on the bottom and the sides feel like they are nylon or like parachute material except for the "work bag" which is a heavy-duty canvas feeling material everywhere but the silk screen bottom. Hope that helps

Well this being the first time I've ever made ice-water material and basically used "trash-type" trim, I came out with a dark brownish-green material....kinda reminded me of the "old days" when I used to get Morrocan hash. I would imagine if I'd used better quality with more "sugar" on it, I'd have gotten a more golden and light colored product. However, I mixed just the smallest amount with a bit of butter and was very nicely medicated for about 6 hours, which made the work worthwhile. Although, I have to admit, doing the work wasn't as hard as I'd thought it would be which was a nice surprise.

actualy that sounds pretty good if you just used trash and the butter made the work tolerable, ive only done this two times and the first was a bust not worth the time and effort but the second time oooolala nice golden brown to a tan
how do you adjatate the ice mixture, power or human power?

First BP, I used POWER TOOLS.......hahahaha and you know what they say about a woman and power tools.....rofl. Actually, I just used my power mixer and found it worked better with one beater on instead of both. (It kept the trim from gumming up the beaters) I don't know how anyone can do that by hand, but I suppose if a person is healthy enough they could.

And Echo.....WOW!!! That looks awesome and I hate to say it, but yeah, I'm a tad jealous...hahaha. Seriously, that looks like some awesome stuff you came up with!! Congrats!!
