Yes, top dress with about a tablespoon per plant, water it in, and repeat if needed. If pH is your issue then they'll green up in a few days, and if they revert then give them another dose.

That one is calcitic lime, and it will work, but as I mentioned we prefer dolomite lime so if they have it I'd pay a dollar or two more for the magnesium as this one list MgCO3 @ less than 2.5%
